I brought a truck from these guys, and from the first time i walked into their office i was treated with respect, and goodwill. There was a couple of things i asked to be done on the truck and they sorted them straight away. 2 months after i had the truck 2 prfts had gone wrong, and when i phone them they asked me to bring the truck back and sorted the issues. Friendly and helpful staff. Viewed, test drove and after negotiating everything was agreed I put a depost on a Ford Transit that they were going to prepare for me to pick up next weekend. Another van more suitable for me came up somewhere else that I went with instead and ended up not proceeding with Lucky Dale. Lucky Dale Cars was understanding and was no problem dropping the sale after they had prepped held it for the week.
