There was a couple of things i asked to be done on the truck and they sorted them straight away. 2 months after i had the truck 2 prfts had gone wrong, and when i phone them they asked me to bring the truck back and sorted the issues. I went to view a car today. When I arrived, I was handed the keys to look over the car at my pace with no one shadowing me. They kindly allowed me to test drive the car there and then.
At no point did I feel pressured by anyone.
Needless to say I bought the car.

How Vic helped was incredible.

they had none but still gave sincere advice on pros and cons.
No pressure, honesty. They also shared their journey to offering the best warranty with almost no complaints.

Experience worth sharing!!!
Comfortable experience, it is quite daunting to buy a vehicle with the a random garage, but I landed on to their site via Autotrader and what a fresh breath of air, no pushy sales team. I was allowed to walk around, left alone with the key and vehicle, test drive was arranged extremely professional. Highly recommend.

SUPERB SELLER
I didn't want to leave a review before driving the car for a little while, since I got the car back in November I thought now would be a good time to leave a review. I don't tend to do that many miles in my car but with it being the Christmas period I've put approximately 1000 miles on the clock, as me and my partner took our ford ranger to France and back for the new year. The car made the trip with no troubles and I'm very happy with it. Other than having a few teething problems with the new gadgets in the car, I can't fault it but it is all a learning curve and I'm sure I'll figure them out. The service from the team was excellent and they couldn't do enough for us

Extremely happy with our purchase, this 7 year old Disco feels like new, drive is fantastic and the assistance from dealership was exceedingly good, we reserved this vehicle online and immediately they were on the phone offering some close up pictures and video of the vehicle, any discrepancies in bodywork and history was shared. We were already aware off as to what to expect when we arrived to collect the vehicle. Our first experience of such a detailed, thorough and hands on purchase encounter at a car dealership, we would like to recommend if Lucky Dale has even one listed vehicle on your choice of vehicle do see these guys you will be pleasantly surprised.

Fantastic experience at lucky dale cars. I couldn't recommend them more, buying a new car is difficult however they made my whole experience easy. Sal has provided me with all the necessary information I need prior to buying my car and has accounted and rectified all my concerns. Spending a lot of money is difficult on a new car because most dealers aren't transparent with their customers however I do highly recommend lucky dale to friends and family because of the understanding they have towards customers and the knowledge they bring with it. I will be coming back in the future. I feel proud knowing I brought something worth the price.

Advert was inaccurate
Car was advertised with full service. But it didn't have one. I drove nearly 2 hours to see it despite the staff being unhelpful on the phone and wished I hadn't bothered as the advert was inaccurate.

I've had many bad experiences with dealerships before but lucky Dale cars has changed that for me. I've purchased a bmw m3 e92 which I've been searching the market for ages and these guys had the best example. Brilliant bodywork and the car was very clean inside and outside, superb service history and low previous keepers which is hard to find. Car when viewed was mint and when I collected the car it was looking even better ! I dont normally do reviews but this experience changed that for me, their team was very professional and polite and well-mannered. Will recommend to friends and family 100%

Great quality service, having bought an BMW from them yesterday I can say these guys are good at what they do. Very informative, patient and professional. Was able to show me all the features the car had to offer, which is rare! Other dealers just want a quick sale. The guy that helped me gave me absolutely the best car buying experience ever. Not pushy at all! I called and booked an appointment on the day. On arrival my car was parked in the front and very well presented. Did not need to think twice and bought the car straight away. I understand that used cars will usually come with small amount of body defects, however, this car was emasculate. There was no defects or marks on the body. The interior was clean and spotless. It was like a brand new! Browsing at the selection of cars they had on offer, I was speechless by how spotless they all were. These guys definitely have high standards on the cars they select to sale. Super happy with my car! Highly Recommend!
