I wasted my day driving 160 miles to see a dirty car with the wrong wheels fitted with mismatching tyres, one rear on the limit the other rear was a run flat which was the only one fitted to the car and an mot failure mixing types of tyres.The tyres on the car were not the tyres shown on the car in the advert. Tools, first aid kit, tyre inflator all missing. The service history wasn’t logged correctly into the car and missing dates, nothing added up and it felt like a made up history. The car is 3 years old but seemed more like 10 years old. Scruffy yard, doesn’t give you confidence to spend money. For £33500 you expect a lot more.

We recently bought a car from Lucky Dale for my 18 year old son as his first car. The dealership were very friendly, approachable and helpful. Unfortunately there was a problem with the car but the garage addressed the problem immediately and I was 100% satisfied with how they dealt with the situation.

We contacted them in order to purchase a new car and exchange our old one. We have done this many times, this is the best experience we have ever had. It was so easy and I have to say the most professional customer service. We would like to thank the staff who were wonderful warm and caring. Absolute pleasure to deal with. Great selection of high end cars. Normally I only buy from main dealers but am very happy with the purchase of a BMW Touring. Part Exchanged my previous car. It was a fair deal. They go through every aspect of your purchase with you so you can be sure everything is good to go.

We were given plenty of time to take the car for a test drive, there was no rush in having the test drive and the man wanted to make sure that the car was right for us. I was shown around the car and how to use the features of the car which I didn't expect and was really helpful. They made sure that the car had no damage on it at all and if so I was aware of it and we were given the option to get an excellent deal on the warranty of the car. For a first time buyer or an experience buyer i would totally recommend!

I had a brief involvement with this business on one car, which did raise some concerns resulting in me not progressing to purchase. After an RAC inspection raised a number of issues, they were very reluctant to agree to send the car for a manufacturer approved check up. If they had nothing to hide and the car was as perfect as they were suggesting, what were they worried about? Also they wouldn’t agree to reduce price based on a number of other minor faults. I’m sure they have some decent stock, and other reviews appear to be positive, so maybe just a bad example (no one is perfect) I wouldn’t say avoid, but be wary.

I bought a Q5 audi a month of bought had engine problems then I got lucky dale and never answered the mails, the warranty was not responsible for the damages because according to the warranty this car is not in a state for sale, repair price £6900
