Absolute pleasure to deal with. Great selection of high end cars. Normally I only buy from main dealers but am very happy with the purchase of a BMW Touring. Part Exchanged my previous car. It was a fair deal. They go through every aspect of your purchase with you so you can be sure everything is good to go.

I have bought an Audi Q7 from Lucky Dale Cars and the customer service has truly blown me away. I've bought cars from many different dealers but I have never had the pleasure to encounter a dealer as compassionate as Lucky Dale Cars. The car was in perfect condition with an amazing price and I left without a doubt in my mind that I'd made the right decision. So much so that I recommended it to my friend who received the same, if not, greater assistance from the kind gentlemen working there. We have never seen a dealer more attentive than them - they even gave my children sweets and offered us drinks. I would recommend Lucky Dale Cars to everyone - their hospitality and prices are unmatched.

We contacted them in order to purchase a new car and exchange our old one. We have done this many times, this is the best experience we have ever had. It was so easy and I have to say the most professional customer service. We would like to thank the staff who were wonderful warm and caring. It was so easy to buy from them as they have a wide range of cars available. We needed a car quickly and it was ideal. All the staff were extremely helpful and I was very well looked after. Salesman who helped me was fantastic. No pressure selling, just honest advice.

We recently bought a car from Lucky Dale for my 18 year old son as his first car. The dealership were very friendly, approachable and helpful. Unfortunately there was a problem with the car but the garage addressed the problem immediately and I was 100% satisfied with how they dealt with the situation.

I had a brief involvement with this business on one car, which did raise some concerns resulting in me not progressing to purchase. After an RAC inspection raised a number of issues, they were very reluctant to agree to send the car for a manufacturer approved check up. If they had nothing to hide and the car was as perfect as they were suggesting, what were they worried about? Also they wouldn’t agree to reduce price based on a number of other minor faults. I’m sure they have some decent stock, and other reviews appear to be positive, so maybe just a bad example (no one is perfect) I wouldn’t say avoid, but be wary.

Bought a great little VW Polo from Lucky Dale at good price. Very good people to buy from - just gave a good demo of the car with no push or hassle. Had a very minor problem a few days after getting the car and they were really decent about how they contributed to getting it sorted. Highly recommended - I'd definitely look at them for my next car.
